Northwest Health is welcoming family medicine nurse practitioner, Kristi McCormick, FNP-C, to Northwest Medical Group. She is accepting new patients at the at Northwest Medical Group – Primary Care, 8988 E. US Highway 20, in New Carlisle, Indiana.
She received her Master of Science with a family nurse practitioner concentration and Bachelor of Science in nursing from Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana. She comes to Northwest Medical Group from Beacon Health System in South Bend.
