Patients & Visitors
Visitor Restrictions
To protect our patients and caregivers during this flu season visitation is limited to:
- Two visitors per patient at a time
- Visitors age 18 or older only
Exceptions include:
- Obstetrics: Two adult visitors are permitted at a time. OB patients who are COVID-19 positive may have one visitor.
- Pediatrics and Neonatal Intensive Care: Two parents/guardians (no visiting hour restrictions).
- End-of-life care: Please speak with a member of the care team as more than one visitor may be arranged.
We recommend visitors wash their hands with soap and water or sanitizer before and after their visit. In addition, visitors should refrain from visiting if they feel ill, have a fever or are experiencing respiratory symptoms.
We understand the value of visitation for our patients and seek to balance their desire to see family and friends with need to reduce the spread of flu. We appreciate your cooperation.
We understand that coming to the hospital as either a patient or with a loved one can be difficult. You're in a new place with a lot of new information. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming. We want to do everything we can to decrease any stress or challenges during your visit. This section provides you with helpful information you may need to plan your visit, such as what to expect, parking instructions, transportation and more.
Whether you're preparing for a hospital stay or stopping by to see friends and family, knowing where to go and what to bring will help make your visit less stressful.
