Northwest Health – La Porte and Starke Honor Team Members of the Quarter

Northwest Health – La Porte and Starke recently announced its Team Members of the Quarter, honoring individuals for their outstanding performance and exemplary service.
“We began our Team Member of the Quarter award program to recognize some of the best in our Northwest Health family,” said Keith Nichols, Chief Executive Officer for Northwest Health - La Porte and Starke. “Each person honored exemplifies consistent dedication to compassionate, quality care – all in an effort to benefit the patients we serve.”
The outstanding Team Members of the Quarter are:
Jen Ulrich – Clinical Team Member of the Quarter at La Porte
Ulrich is the blood bank lead in the laboratory at Northwest Health - La Porte and has been a valued member of the organization for more than 15 years. She is credited for being a subject matter expert with an incredible knowledge base, recently helping the organization to complete a very successful blood bank survey. Ulrich is also instrumental in coordinating the blood drives for the American Red Cross.
Liebenette Grimm - Non-Clinical Team Member of the Quarter at La Porte
Grimm is a human resource generalist at Northwest Health - La Porte and has been a vital part of the organization for 11 years. She is often recognized by other team members, clinical students and Northwest Health’s school partners for her knowledge and assistance. Many new hires also acknowledge Grimm for helping them through the recruitment process, and thank her for helping them make the decision to join the Northwest Health family.
Kim Shell - Team Member of the Quarter at Starke
Kim Shell is a pharmacy technician at Northwest Health – Starke and well known for her compassion and generosity throughout the organization and the Knox community. Described as a cheerleader for her team as well as the hospital, Shell consistently goes above and beyond to support her team members and the organization's mission and goals.
