New Medical Offices Open at Northwest Health – La Porte

Today Northwest Health – La Porte opened its new medical office building attached to the hospital at 1331 State Street in La Porte. The approximately 40,000 square foot facility marks the completion of the new construction and transition of services from the original hospital on Lincolnway.

The new building includes a combination of physician offices and hospital-based services. It connects to the hospital on both the first and second floors providing convenience to patients and staff.

The hospital’s arrhythmia clinic, wound care, sleep center, infusion center and cardiopulmonary department can be found in the new facility as can Northwest Medical Group’s cardiology, hematology and oncology, gastroenterology, general surgery and urology practices.
